He  owns and runs with Salvatore , a company ” Agrosection S.r.l. – Society of Consulting and Sourcing ” ( dedicated to the processing and marketing of Sicilian wines and quality products ),  from which he gained an intimate familiarity with winemaking and food quality .
His motto is:  ” To discover a territory at the table, through good food and excellent products, is an extraordinary experience to go in deep in the “ heart of the land”
 Though he loves all of Sicily , there are several spot that hold a  special place in his heart : the country side, the landscape that resemble a natural canvas  and the small towns
